This Pike will work your upper/mid back like no other Pike! The force of the bed pushes you into a handstand that only your shoulder stabilisers can maintain the position and correct form. It needs to be performed on a single spring and the flow needs to be consistent for up to 15 reps to get the full benefit. When the body starts to fatigue the real muscle recruitment pattern kicks in.
